These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the AI Clothes website and purchases made through AI Clothes.
AI Clothes is operated by an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia. The registered business information is maintained in accordance with the Georgian business registration records.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Products and services
AI Clothes provides apparel, accessories, home and lifestyle products, print-on-demand merchandise, customer-uploaded design products, and AI-personalized products including the Secret Self experience.
Product photographs and mockups are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences in positioning, color, print appearance, or manufacturing may occur.
Secret Self
Secret Self uses information and preferences submitted by the customer to create personalized artwork.
AI-generated results are inherently variable. Customers purchasing Secret Self acknowledge that the resulting artwork is personalized and may not exactly match a particular imagined outcome.
Where the experience is intentionally marketed as a surprise, the complete final design may remain undisclosed until the finished product is received, while a limited preview or glimpse may be provided before checkout.
Customer-uploaded content
Customers must have the necessary rights or permissions for any photograph, artwork, logo, text, or other material they upload.
Customers must not submit content that unlawfully infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
We may refuse an order containing content that we reasonably believe cannot lawfully or safely be produced.
Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Prices, promotions, production costs, and shipping charges may change.
The final amount payable is shown during checkout before the customer confirms payment.
Orders
An order is not considered accepted merely because it has been submitted. We may cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including payment failure, suspected fraud, technical error, product unavailability, fulfillment limitations, or prohibited content.
Print-on-demand fulfillment
Products may be manufactured, packaged, and shipped by third-party print and fulfillment providers.
Intellectual property
The AI Clothes brand, website content, original graphics, text, and other proprietary materials may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization, except where permitted by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Clothes will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
