AI Clothes — Refund & Return Policy

 

AI Clothes offers made-to-order, print-on-demand, customized, and AI-personalized products. Because many of our products are created specifically for each customer, different return conditions may apply to personalized and non-personalized products.

Personalized and custom products

Secret Self products, AI-generated designs, customer-uploaded designs, personalized products, and other made-to-order items are created specifically for you. We generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or dissatisfaction with a personalization choice once production has started, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Lost orders

If tracking indicates a delivery problem or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, contact us so that we can investigate with the fulfillment provider and carrier.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter production. Because print-on-demand orders can enter production quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
