🎨 How is my design created?
We use AI combined with our own creative process to generate a design based on your personality, aesthetic preferences, favorite symbols, and the photos you share (optional). Every design is completely one-of-a-kind.
⏱️ How long does it take?
Production takes 7–14 business days after you complete the quiz. Shipping time depends on your location. We ship worldwide.

🔄 Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
📸 Do I have to upload photos?
No — photos are completely optional. They help us capture your vibe more accurately, but the quiz questions alone are enough to create a great design.
